FlashbackRe-Visiting 1962 Psi
This month we are taking the photo time machine back to 1962 at UNC; a gallon of gas was $0.28, “West Side Story” and “Spartacus” premiered in theaters , John Glenn became the first American to orbit the Earth, Marilyn Monroe sang “Happy Birthday” to President Kennedy, the Tar Heels went 3-7 and Carson took over The Tonight Show…but where were YOU that year?
If your memory is having trouble re-booting, maybe this photo from the 1962 will help you locate some of those lost files. We’re sure that Psi had some fun that year!
If you are one of the brothers in this picture and you have a great story or even more great pictures to share, please send direct to our MANAGING EDITOR for consideration in a future newsletter. We want to hear from you!
